1. Are your shoes 100% original?
Yes. At Brand King, we only deal in genuine, branded footwear from PUMA, Adidas, Nike, and other trusted brands. Every product is sourced directly from authorized suppliers
2. How do I check if my shoes are authentic?
All our shoes come with original brand packaging, tags, and barcodes. You can scan the barcode/QR code or verify with the brand’s official website/app.
3. Do you provide a warranty on shoes?
Yes, all PUMA, Adidas, and Nike shoes purchased from Brand King come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty covering material and workmanship defects (not wear & tear).
4. Do you sell limited-edition or exclusive sneakers?
Yes, we often stock limited drops and exclusive editions from PUMA, Adidas, and Nike. For such releases, availability is limited and refunds are issued only as store credit/discount code.
5. Can I exchange if the size doesn’t fit?
Yes! You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unused and in original condition. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
6. What if I receive the wrong product or damaged shoes?
Please record an unboxing video with the AWB number visible at the start and contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
7. How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver within 3–7 working days depending on your location. Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.
8. What payment methods are available?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.
9. Do you offer returns and refunds?
Yes. We have a 7-day return/refund policy (except on limited edition drops). Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after pickup and quality check.
