Refund Policy

Once your returned order has been picked up, Brand King will initiate the refund to your selected payment mode within 48 hours, subject to your return passing our quality checks.

The refund will reflect in your account as per the timelines below, post initiation:

• Prepaid Orders (via Payment Gateway): Refunds will take 5–7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays) to reflect in your account.

• Cash on Delivery Orders: You will receive a secure refund link on your WhatsApp and Email. Simply enter your registered number and choose refund via UPI or Bank Account Transfer. The refund will reflect in your account within 5–7 working days
