To be eligible for a return:

a) The product must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as you received it.

• In its original packaging with all tags intact.

b) A refund/exchange shall not be processed in the following cases:

• If the return request is raised after 7 days from delivery.

• If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging.

c) Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after the order is picked up from your location, subject to passing quality checks. (For detailed timelines, please refer to our Refund Policy).

d) For any complaint regarding damage, defects, or mismatch, you must share a video of the unboxing starting from the moment the package is opened. The shipping AWB number must be clearly visible at the beginning of the video. This ensures faster processing and full transparency.
